Identification Information” (such as name, date of birth, race, gender, and
Social Security number) collected during registration is used to conduct
identity verification and to complete the background check. Neither the Contact
Information nor the Personal Identification Information is released to any
parties without express consent from you.

name(s)) on the “Order Form” (the form completed to initiate the background
check process after you register). KENTECH only shares the Background
Information with clients, which uses the information for determining whether a
applicant's tenancy or other workplace facility purposes, as authorized by 15
U.S.C.A. § 1681(b).

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide consent to

not opted out.
