How do you secure and protect confidential client data?
We ensure the privacy and integrity of clients’ data and applicant screening information through comprehensive security measures online and in our physical locations. Our reporting system is available only to authorized, authenticated users and all transmitted information is encrypted. Access to data within our physical locations is protected through iris scan biometric technology, badge access systems, video cameras, motion detectors, protective window film and 24/7, year-round security monitoring.
 

Are you insured against the various risks faced by your company?
Yes. KENTECH carries all the requisite commercial general liability, professional liability (errors and omissions), employers’ liability, and worker compensation polices—all with A-rated insurance carriers.
 

Do you have a web-based report management system?
Yes. The ekentech.com web-based report management system is a secure, customizable interface that employers can access any time to order, track and view our background screening, occupational health screening and DOT compliance services. The system also provides management reporting capabilities and a full archive of screening reports.
 

Are you able to integrate your services with our HRMS system?
Yes. We create custom integrations of our services with sophisticated applicant tracking systems and HRMS technologies.
 

Can you “score” the results of our screening against our company’s criteria?
Yes. Through KENTECH's Report Scoring System tool, you can develop objective hiring criteria that our system applies to each report as it is completed, delivering a “pass,” “review,” or “fail” score based on report results.


Are your processes compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)?
Yes. KENTECH is a consumer reporting agency (CRA), and as a member of NAPBS we adhere to all requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and any analogous state laws.
