KENTECH’s seamless integration with Tenstreet enables organizations to order a full suite of pre-and-post employment background screening products through Tenstreet’s Xpress™ platform. KENTECH’s instant-express products (MVRs, CDLIS, PSP, DAC Employment History File) are returned within minutes into Xpress for review. The integration provides up-to-date and consistent information in both the Tenstreet and KENTECH systems and can help shorten the onboarding process for drivers.
The enhanced integration also includes the ability to order drug tests and physical examinations separately or combined into one order. Tenstreet’s electronic chain of custody (eCCF) process communicates directly with drivers via the Driver Pulse application. Once services are scheduled, drivers receive notification of the scheduled service, collection or clinic details, available parking options, and other pertinent instructions. Real-time updates are provided throughout the process and test results are delivered directly into the driver’s record on the Xpress platform.
